Terms of Service

By using Hoomans and Nera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PT Kreigan Hoomans Workforce ("Hoomans").

Hoomans provides AI-powered brand management services through Nera, an AI brand manager. The service includes content generation, planning, approval routing, and integration with third-party tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accounts are limited to one user unless otherwise specified in your plan
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Nera. Hoomans owns the underlying technology, algorithms, platform code, and brand. We do not claim any ownership of your brand content, data, or intellectual property.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy — see /refund
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider

Hoomans provides Nera "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to content inaccuracies, data loss, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hoomans harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
